While we make sure to deliver the best, we do entertain returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or product damage. In case you do not like the product, you can exchange the fabric within 3 days from the date of receipt (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 2 meters). In this case, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will exchange the fabric, if we receive the order, within 3 days from the date of receipt.
Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery; if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 24 hours of the order receipt. Once we confirm on order damage, we will send you a replacement or offer you a coupon code for the same amount. We will try our best so that you don’t face an issue like this again!
When the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns or exchanges are not possible.
