Return & Refund Policy

While we make sure to deliver the best, we do entertain returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or product damage. In case you do not like the product, you can exchange or return the product. Request needs to be initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery; if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 24 hours of the order receipt. Once we confirm on order damage, we will send you a replacement or offer you a refund/coupon code for the same amount. We will try our best so that you don’t face an issue like this again!

When the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns or exchanges are not possible.

  1. The return request needs to be initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
  2. Item(s) of the order should not be used or damaged.
  3. If the product is customized on your request.  

Please Note: Products bought on Sale are not exchangeable unless defective.

We do have a refund policy, Refund will be processed after we receive the returned package.

Exchange product will be dispatched after we receive the returned package.

Vastraraag practices a simple and hassle-free Exchange Policy. Customers have to raise an Exchange Request by calling or emailing us at hello@vastraraag.com. No Exchanges or Return would be acceptable if the request is not within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Did you place the wrong order or change your mind? You absolutely have no reason to freak out because we got you! If you cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of order placement, you can exchange or refund for the same amount.
